University and portfolios and... stuff

So I'm applying for university this year and you know what? That scares me. A lot. I'm one of these people who seriously struggles when it comes to change. It makes me feel overwhelmed and slightly lost and I always need some things that are constant in my life at all times. That's why the thought of leaving home and going to university injects fear directly into my soul. Everything changes.

Having said that, I've found the process of applying actually fairly enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, it's been one of the most stressful things I've ever done but because I'm applying for art college a lot of the process involves creating a portfolio and spending time doing one of the things I love most - all things creative. I've spent so much time over the past few months drawing, designing, painting, sewing, making models and taking photographs which I suppose is part of the reason why this blog has been so neglected. Anyway, I'm applying for all fashion-related courses so I figured some of the stuff I've done might be good to share on here.

One of my most favourite things was a kind of out-and-about fashion shoot in which I asked one of my best friends to model for me and manipulated her into all sorts of weird places.
